Downtown Bistro is owned by Tom Webber a graduate of Point Pleasant Boro High School.  The Bistro opened its doors in August of 2006. 

Tom Webber graduated from Pt. Pleasant Boro High School in 1988 and attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Tom has been the Chef/Owner of McDivots Restaurant in Toms River and the Executive Chef at Verizon World Headquarters in Manhattan, New York City.  Tom is now concentrating on making Downtown Bistro a great success.
